 The Drinks

Serve some crowd pleasing classics! Because it’s New Year’s you obviously need some bubbly. I wanted to put my own twist on it so I came up with a rum champagne cocktail and it tasted amazing!

Fresh Cranberry Mojito

  • 4 tbsp Cranberries, fresh

  • 4 tsp Agave
  • 3/4 cup Lime juice, fresh

  • 1 cup Cranberry juice, fresh
  • 1 cup Bacardi rum

Cranberry Pineapple Punch

  • 1 cup Cranberries,  fresh
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 Limes, juice of
  • 4 cups Cranberry juice
  • 2 liter Ginger ale
  • 4 cups Pineapple juice
  • 1 cup Coconut rum
  • 1 cup Bacardi rum

Prosecco Mojitos

  • 3 limes (2 1/2 squeezed and the other half for decoration.)
  • Simple syrup to taste
  • 1/2 cup of Bacardi
  • 1 bottle of Prosecco.
  • pomegranate seeds

Photo Booth Fun!

Photo booths are all the rage and taking some silly snaps is the perfect way to have fun until midnight! Try a DIY glittery backdrop and some fun props. I would suggest a polaroid so your guests can take their pics home as a souvenir of the night. If you want to really step it up a notch try a ring light.
